His surveys are still serving in most real estate transactions today (written in 1955). The writer remembers as a small boy, accompanying Mr Randall on his surveys, asting as his stake boy, hammering the stakes in the ground at the designated places.Edward married Jane E Thrall on 13 Jan 1864.
